Christy Crowe Childers, Esq.
Christy Crowe Childers focuses on commercial truck accidents and trucking law, providing dedicated representation to injured victims and their families. A trailblazer in her field, she holds the distinction of being the first woman in Georgia and one of the first five female attorneys nationally to achieve Board Certification in Truck Accident Law from the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).
Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Childers remains active in professional leadership, serving previously as Education Chair for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) and as President of the Macon Bar Association. She founded the Middle Georgia Chapter of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL), and in 2022, she established the Mother Truckers Rally: a groundbreaking national educational conference for women trucking lawyers that featured hands-on training in tractor-trailer operation. Her Super Lawyers selection marks her third consecutive year on this prestigious list.
David H. McCain, Esq.
David H. McCain brings extensive trial experience to cases throughout Georgia, handling matters involving catastrophic injuries, Workers’ Compensation, wrongful death, premises liability, and insurance bad faith claims. Known for his client-centered approach and unwavering commitment to advocacy, Mr. McCain has built a reputation for treating every case with the utmost priority and for championing the interests of Georgia’s vulnerable populations and youth.
Mr. McCain’s community involvement reflects his values. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Central Georgia CASA (an organization dedicated to supporting abused and neglected children), as Treasurer of the Civil Justice PAC, Inc., as a member of the American Association of Justice, and as a Champion member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. This marks his fourth year earning Super Lawyers recognition.
