David H. McCain
I treat every client’s case at Childers & McCain as if it is the most important case in our office. In taking this approach, my career has become defined by the collective efforts I have taken on behalf of all of my past, present, and future clients in my pursuit of civil justice. I listen to my clients’ stories and empathize with them during their time of pain and vulnerability. That is the starting point of my professional relationship with my clients. After gaining an understanding of what my clients need to move forward with their lives, I am better suited to help my clients win their case and obtain justice and closure.
