Christy is the first woman in Georgia and one of the first five national female lawyers to become Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). David H. McCain, Esq. is an accomplished personal injury lawyer with extensive experience in complex legal matters involving catastrophic injury, premises liability, insurance law, Workers’ Compensation, and wrongful death claims. He litigates cases throughout Georgia and regularly appears before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
David is a committed advocate for abused and neglected children throughout Georgia, serving as board chair for the Central Georgia Court of Appointed Special Advocates. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, Treasurer of the Civil Justice PAC, Inc. Board of Directors, Champion member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and former President of the Macon Trial Lawyers Association and the William A. Bootle American Inn of Court. He has been named to the Super Lawyers list each year since 2023.
