Christy Crowe Childers has dedicated her practice to helping injured clients since she graduated first in her class from Mercer Law in 2005. She is an expert in the area of trucking law, and in 2022 she became the first woman in Georgia NBTA Board Certified in Truck Accident Law. She handles a lot of different types of injury cases that involve catastrophic injury and death, with a specialty in assisting the families of those hurt or killed in trucking accidents. She has extensive experience handling trials and appeals. Ms. Childers was previously selected to the Rising Stars list from 2016 to 2020.
David H. McCain focuses his practice on helping seriously injured clients in catastrophic accidents, trucking accidents, traumatic brain injury cases, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. He successfully handles bad faith actions against major insurance companies. This is Mr. McCain’s second year being recognized on the Super Lawyers list, having previously been named on the Rising Stars list from 2017 to 2020.
